Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please let us know your order number from the confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality problems.
Note that refunds can take up to 2-3 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations. You can always contact us for any refund question at our website.
General Return Process
- Sign in to your account or look up a previous order and select the items you would like to return or exchange.
- Returning items can be sent back in the original packaging with the provided return label.
- We'll track your return items back to us and let you know once they arrive.
- Once back in our warehouse, your returned items will be inspected, processed, and refunded ASAP!
Costs
- Your return fee will be subtracted from your refund for returns made internationally. Refunds for items returned via your preferred form of return will only be handled after they have reached our warehouse; in the event that your things are lost in transit, you will need to file a dispute with the carrier. If you place an order that exceeds the customs threshold, you can be subject to importation and custom tax fees.
Refunds
We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and processed. Additionally, you will receive notification from us on whether to approve or deny your refund.
Within two to three days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your Paypal payment method.
Non-returnable items:
Sale items and product damage/loss caused by the consumer are unfortunately not returnable.

Order Cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
- Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
